Our Yoga Classes for Flexibility Services

Choose supportive online practices that improve mobility, ease tension, and make stretching feel approachable at every level.

Yin Yoga

Slow, longer-held postures invite a deeper, patient stretch while encouraging stillness, awareness, and relaxation. Yin is ideal for building flexibility without rushing your body.

Gentle Hatha

Accessible, slower-paced movement combines mindful stretching, foundational poses, and breath awareness to support flexibility, strength, and balanced whole-person wellness.

Restorative Yoga

Supported, relaxation-centered poses help your body settle and release everyday tightness. This gentle practice emphasizes rest, mindful movement, and a calmer nervous system.

Chair Yoga

Adaptable chair-based practices make stretching more accessible for people who want a gentler option, added support, or a flexible movement practice in limited space.

Vinyasa Power

A more active, breath-led flow builds strength alongside mobility. Move through dynamic sequences that challenge the body while supporting flexibility and body awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

What form of yoga is best for flexibility?

Yin yoga is especially effective for flexibility because poses are held longer, giving you time to settle into a stretch with awareness. Gentle Hatha yoga also supports steady flexibility through slower, foundational movement. The best option is one you can practice consistently and comfortably. Spirit Body Yoga offers both formats, plus restorative, chair, and Vinyasa options for different needs and energy levels.
