"Glorianne is an awesome instructor! I am definitely new to yoga and I have never been a fan of working out because of personal insecurities. However Glorianne makes the studio a very welcoming, non-judgmental space. You can take things at your own pace or modify things that you can't do..."

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of yoga is best for a beginner?

Gentle Hatha yoga, chair yoga, and restorative yoga are often excellent starting points because they emphasize slower movement, foundational poses, breathing, and body awareness. A beginner should look for clear instruction, permission to modify poses, and a pace that does not feel rushed. Start with shorter classes, use props such as a chair or pillows, and choose consistency over intensity as you build confidence.
