Restorative yoga is a quiet, relaxation-focused style that uses props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows, or blocks to support the body in comfortable poses. Rather than moving through a vigorous sequence, you remain in each shape for several minutes and focus on breath and awareness. The goal is to encourage rest, ease tension, and create a calming experience for body and mind.
