In every class, we will calm our minds, strengthen our physical bodies, and create space for our spirits to thrive while incorporating the 8-limbed path of yoga through short, thought-provoking meditations that feed and strengthen the spirit.

Many people have strong opinions about yoga - they may believe that Yoga is just exercise or they may believe that yoga is a religion. Yoga is a series of introspective principles applied to draw one nearer to God. These ancient principles are found in many spiritual practices including the Bible.
