It must always be practiced with Ahimsa (non-harming), meaning that truth should be delivered with kindness and compassion. This balance ensures that truth is not used as a weapon but as a tool for self-growth and harmony. We embrace the reality of who we truly are, free from pretense, and walk in the peace that only truth can bring. By seeking truth, we not only transform ourselves but also move closer to the eternal, unchanging reality of God’s love, finding peace—Peace, Peace, Peace—in every aspect of our lives.

“Lead me from the unreal to the real,
Lead me from darkness to light,
Lead me from death to immortality,
Peace Peace Peace.”

The Foundation of Peace

Truth is at the heart of everything that matters—our relationships, our work, our sense of purpose. When we live truthfully, we create deeper connections, foster trust, and experience a sense of inner peace.
