In the context of traditional yoga, this self-study often involves reciting or chanting inspired scriptures, reflecting on one&#8217;s actions, and seeking a deeper understanding of one&#8217;s thoughts and behaviors.<br><br>From the yogic perspective, Svadhyaya is more than just intellectual learning\u2014it&#8217;s about self-awareness and growth. It involves studying spiritual texts, mantras, or teachings that inspire and uplift the spirit. This practice helps us understand our inner world, revealing the layers of the mind and consciousness.
